Welcome to BluBom! To create an account, go to Login, which is available at the top right corner of the page. Enter a valid email address and create a new password. The password must be alphanumeric and at least 8 characters long. If you need help creating an account, we will be happy to assist you! Please call us at +4814 6864046.

What to do in case of a damaged shipment?

If your shipment is damaged, we recommend that you immediately contact the carrier to write a protocol ( up to 14 days ). The protocol should note the condition of the shipment and the circumstances of the damage. Also, please inform us of the problem as soon as possible so that we can take care of the solution as soon as possible.
