To receive a replacement, please email the following to hello@blubom.com within 48 hours of delivery:

• Photos of the damaged item and the shipping box (including all internal padding).
• Your order number.

Important: Please keep all packaging and fillers until your replacement is confirmed. We’ll handle the rest!
