• FREE on orders over $300
• $19 (orders $150 – $299)
• $39 (orders under $150)

Shipping Method: Exclusively via UPS International (fully tracked).

Delivery Time: Usually up to 15 business days. This includes up to 5 days for careful preparation and packing, plus 4–10 days transit. We ship directly from our glassblowing studio in Poland.

Don't worry—your purchase is protected by our 100% Transport Guarantee. At Blubom, we take full responsibility for the journey. If an item arrives broken, we will send a replacement at no extra cost.

To receive a replacement, please email the following to hello@blubom.com within 48 hours of delivery:

• Photos of the damaged item and the shipping box (including all internal padding).
• Your order number.

Thank you for choosing Blubom! Please read the following terms carefully before placing a pre-order with us. By submitting a pre-order, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Pre-Order Overview

Pre-orders allow customers to reserve products before they become available for general sale. When you place a pre-order, you are securing your item ahead of time and acknowledging that the product is not yet ready to ship.

2. Payment

All pre-orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase. This secures your item and ensures it will be fulfilled once it becomes available. 

3. Estimated Shipping Time

Estimated shipping dates are provided on each product page and are subject to change. We strive to meet our timelines, but cannot guarantee exact delivery dates due to factors beyond our control, such as production delays or shipping disruptions.

4. Order Changes & Cancellations

within 7 days of placing the order.

5. Shipping

Pre-order items will ship as soon as they are available. If your order includes both pre-order and in-stock items, they may be shipped together once the pre-order item is ready. To receive in-stock items earlier, please place a separate order.

6. Returns & Refunds

Pre-order purchases are final sale and non-refundable unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival. If your item is defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and a description of the issue.

7. Product Availability

If we are unable to fulfill your pre-order, you will be notified and offered a full refund or an alternative product.
